Dwayne Wade (1 Viewer)

 Not even close.
You are pretty wrong here.
Definitely not.
Oh, I just noticed you are from Canada. Sorry, I replied to you, but Gretzky is horrible from the stripe.
That's the best you got? Nothing to back up your statement of Wade being the best player in the world.Nice work
What is the biggest snow man you've ever built?
Even better. I can tell you're the intelligent type. :pickle:

Why do they call it "Canadian Bacon"...it isn't really bacon.

I just switched off a hockey game to see what Wade is doing with his 8 win team. Please don't make me do that again. TIA.

Wade is a great offensive player who doesn't play defense. If he's healthy, he's near the top, but not at the top.
I don't think Wade is the best defender either but he's a gambler on defense which is what a lot of other super stars have been. I'd say he plays better defense than magic and Bird did... both just played the same "gamble in the passing lanes to get steals" type defense and didn't lock down their man one on one very well.I'd put Wade in the top 5 players in the NBA when he's healthy for sure.

Getting really off topic now. Are you related to Miss Teen South Carolina?

Do you know who Roland Martin is?

KobeLebronWade(only when healthy)
Good luck with that. The only way bryant is in any way better than James is FT% and 3pt FG%. James is better in just about every other way, including leading his less than stellar team to the NBA finals while laker fans make excuses why bryant can't get out of the first round.

KobeLebronWade(only when healthy)
:goodposting: When Wade's on, there's no difference & you could arguably put him at the top.#1 priority for that Heat franchise is to rid themselves of Jason ####### Williams. The guy is a cancer. He's not changed his game in the least. Gunner on offense, not defending a person in the world on defense. The guy should be a bench warmer.

Funny listening to the "experts" here. You don't regularly hear many players in the league call Wade (or Lebron) the best player in the NBA. They'll say they're one of the best but not THE best. You regularly hear other players say without hesitation that Kobe is the best, and they should know.

Here's just one example from this week:

"That's why he's the best player in the world," Seattle rookie Kevin Durant said."

Someone feel free to find a similar quote about Wade. TIA :bye:

its KOBE BRYANTthis is the FFA, its not like i was expecting everyone to agree with me.

I admit to being a Laker  , so take my support for Kobe as the best player in the world for what it's worth. LeBron has definitely closed the gap this year, as he has given consistent effort in his games this season (and the results have been pretty amazing to see). However, I think to consider him the best player in the world, he has to show he can play hard night in and night out for a season or two before getting that title. Would I trade Kobe for LeBron - absolutely. James is younger, makes less money, hasn't made any trade demands lately, and has the potential to raise his game even more in the next two or three years, where I see Kobe perhaps plateauing a bit because of his age and the mileage on his body. But Kobe is still the the best player in the league - period. Defensively is where I think Kobe sets himself apart from LBJ. As far as Wade goes, I wouldn't mind seeing him in a Lakers uniform, but he's not at that level. He doesn't stay healthy enough and while he's great getting to the basket, he's not a good 3-point shooter at all.

I really think Wade should get the credit for what has gone on in Miami. James will get the accolades, but Wade has been the driving force.
