Dynasty Assistant (Sleeper) maintained? (1 Viewer)

I'd like confirmation if the Dynasty Sleeper tool is maintained weekly. I see that both Will Dissly and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine have values of 0.0. Doesn't seem to make sense.
