Hey, I have an abandoned team available in a Dynasty Auction League with unique Salary Cap rules. Very active league, team owners are great. 20 roster spots, $250 salary. Auction draft, blind bidding free agency. When you draft or pick up a FA, you set their salary at the dollar amount drafted/blind bid. Each year that player is rostered on a team, his salary goes up $5. We are currently transitioning from a 16 player, $200 salary cap to 20 player $250 salary cap. This year we follow the team rules of keeping players under the salary cap of $200, but once the draft starts every team will get an extra $50 and 4 roster spots.

Overview: 12 Team Auction Dynasty League. 20 Player roster + 1IR. 3 Divisions. 6 Team Playoffs; games 14 through 16. Playoffs decided by Division winners, then 3 teams with Best Win %. Seeds 1 & 2 have byes first week of Playoffs. Head to head games, team wins by most points. During the 13 week season Teams play each 3 teams in their Divisions twice, and 7 teams outside of their Divisions once. Schedules will be decided in random order. Divisions will be shuffled every two years.
Draft: Each Team receives $250 in fake money to bid on players. Draft is held on last Thursday of August of every year. After a player is bid and won, his dollar value will carry through until that player is dropped by a team. If that player is traded, he will maintain the dollar value he was drafted with until that player is dropped. Each year a player is owned by a team, his dollar value will increase by $5 per year until that player is dropped. If a team decides to keep a player his dollar value will be deducted from their $250 draft fund. Each team must meet under the $250 requirement each year. Failure to do so will result in expulsion of said League. Teams must submit their keepers to the Commissioner no later than two weeks before the scheduled draft each year.
Free Agency: Free Agency will be Blind Bidding. Each team will have a separate fund of $200 in fake money to Blind Bid on Free Agents. Once a player is won through Blind Bidding, his value will maintain until that player is dropped. If that player is traded, he will maintain the dollar value he was bid with until that player is dropped. Each year a player is owned by a team, his dollar value will increase by $5 per year until that player is dropped. If said player was kept on a teams roster, his value would be deducted from that teams $250 draft fund.
Trading: Each player(s) resulting in a trade will maintain their dollar value through which they were either drafted or picked up through Free Agency prior to the trade(s). Trading will only involve players, and not draft money nor Free Agent money. Each trade will have a 48 hour window for other teams to veto. 6 votes against will veto a trade.
Collection of Money: $55 dollars will be collected from each Team no later than one month from the scheduled draft. Money will be collected through leaguesafe.com. Money that is owed to myfantasyleague.com will be collected from the bottom line before payout each year. If a Team fails to meet the deadline of August 1, you will be dropped so I can find a replacement.
Payout: 1st-50% of pool 2nd-25% 3rd-15% 4th-10%
