Purse is as follows: $50 entry x 10 owners= $500- $130 for site= $370 purse...1st

You will draft position #3 in the free agent/minor league draft.
League is run by myself, for 2009 - implementing a 4-GM government team (which makes all league decisions on majority panel vote unless alternates are needed) - comittee GM leader reports to me pending outcome.
Trade committee made of 4 members - which makes all decisions on trades (alternates as needed) comittee GM leader reports to me pending outcome.
The league has been on ESPN for the past 2 seasons, but only temporarily homed there until I get everything transferred over to CBS Sports (which will more than likely be permanent home pending future improvements to other sites).
Your minor league players are protected, you will need to account for how many that carried over for this year, or that you want, with whatever free spots that you might have(roster expansion). Our draft will snake until there is only 1 owner left to fill out his or her roster. Everyone will have room to bring over the six minor leaguers (or less if that applies) that they had last year + room for a couple of more fa/minor league draft choices...
You may elect to keep or release the minor leaguers that belong to this team at your discresion. You may get rid of any of your unwanted players on your roster when you take over the team on espn, but when i make an annoucement all transactions will be temporarily disallowed while I get everything over so I will know what to carry over correctly.
Scoring is semi-unique with performance bonuses and weighted towards pitching. Top starting pitchers can garner slightly over 1000 pts and top bats around 1000 (or slightly over if outstanding year) so its pretty even out.
This team's OF is fantastic, infield and pitching are solid, but could use work. The league treasurer is Jason DiSimone and has had this position since the league's inception. he is very trustworthy and keeps excellent records.
