[DYNASTY] Darren Sproles, Future Stud (1 Viewer)

Wonder what people are getting for Sproles and LT in dynasty leagues.
good question. I'm one of those teams with both and may look to deal them this off season although I've liked Sproles for a long time now, my top 2 RBs are good enough and I could probably use help elsewhere. Back in November I was offered Brandon Jacobs and a good CB for LT/Sproles, I turned it down.
FYI - I put Sproles on the market in one of my leagues this week and have only received the following offer so far:Sproles, DeSean Jackson, 1.07forRonnie Brown, Bryant Johnson, #21 pick overall

If you need a RB, I would seriously consider that deal. I don't think Sproles nor Jackson will ever be true impact players for fantasy football and that 1.07 is a crapshoot as well. But Ronnie Brown is at worst a solid RB2 with serious RB1 upside. I'd see if you couldn't something a bit more valuable than Bryant Johnson and/or #21.

At the 2005 scouting combine, Sproles, weighing 187 pounds, bench-pressed the required 225 pounds 23 times. Shawne Merriman, a 272-pound linebacker who was drafted 12th overall, managed only two more reps.

11 carries. 15 yards. The phrase "stunk up the field" comes to mind.
Pitt completed shut down the Chargers rushing offense, but you are conveniently omitting the 5 receptions for 91 yards and a score. In ppr, even in tough conditions against an all-time defense, Sproles managed 21.6 fantasy points on the day. hardly stinkin up the field.

Don't forget about leagues with return yardage, he had a few good returns as well.

The phrase "Thank you Darren Sproles for getting me 20 pts and outscoring Branon Jacobs and Brian Westbrook for the week" come to mind to me (5 rec for 91 yds and a td). :blackdot:

Leagues with return yardage has to be less then 5%. So generally speaking, just don't think its part of the "Sproles" discussion.
What % of leagues count receiving yards?

:blackdot: I don't know, 100%? Am I missing some sarcasm?
