Other team in a rebuild. Did I give up too much depth to get Henry? My reasoning was I did it for CMC insurance (qb and injury). Pretty hard to trade for anything in this league so I went for it.

I think so. With that much flexibility in the flex spot where you don't have to play a RB at all giving up Brown and Aiyuk seems like a bad idea for the future and present. You already have CMC, Chubb, and Jones.....you don't need Henry at all.

This seems like a step back even for playing for this year. I am not so sure Henry outscores Brown and they are basically direct replacements for each other.
