Delta69 is a 12 Team Dynasty League that has 4 open spots. The four new owners will enter the league via a dispersion draft (which is loaded).
The teams that left weren't all bad. This is an old Phenoms league so a couple of owners from really good teams left as well.
The league fees for existing owners is $200 but new owners can enter for only $100.
Starting Line-Ups: 1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 2 Flex (RB, WR, TE), 1 Def, 1 PK.
0.5 PPR, Head-to-Head, No IDP, $200 Buy-in ($100 for new owners).
