The FBG tools are fantastic but they are really much more useful for redraft leagues. I'm joining a new Dynasty league (my first) this year and am having a really hard time projecting ADP and value beyond this coming season. For example, guys like Vince Young and Leinart go undrafted in the DD Mock because their value this season is very low. Obviously those same guys are going very high in an established dynasty's rookie draft.
I'd love some feedback from you guys on how to evaluate a guys long term value and how to accurately forecast where younger developmental type guys will be drafted.
Also, how far ahead do most of you look when managing your teams? How much do you consider someone’s age in making trades etc. Would you for example trade a guy like Harrison for a younger guy like Burress because Burress will continue to get better while Marvin will probable start to slow down a bit over the next few years, even though Marvin will be the more productive WR for at least a couple more years?
