Standard Dynasty league. 

I was just offered Fournette for Aaron Jones... what am i missing? did Fournette just lose a leg? Aaron Jones achieve super human status?

Accept that trade as fast as you can.  No clue why the other guy would offer that but hurry up and accept it before they come to their senses.

If you're getting Fournette in return, accept it ASAP. Fournette is practically the face of that team if they can't be reliable at passing (clearly Bottles won't get better unless Dede & Robinson magically help him).

I can't blame you in a re-draft league.. But if you are in a keeper league, I think that is why that offer came to you.. In my league Fournette was a 2nd round pick and he can not be kept. Jones was undrafted, so he becomes a 9th round keeper for the 2018 and 2019 seasons.. So if he can keep Jones, I totally get the offer.. I wouldn't be shocked if Jones hangs up RB1 numbers the final half of the season.
