[Dynasty] Get him now - Quincy Wilson (1 Viewer)

# 35 Quincy Wilson

good read

My take on this is that Perry is too injury ridden to be a dependable backup. Sucks for the Bengals because IIRC they spent a 1st rounder on him (another Meeechigan bust). After Perry, this leaves Watson who is not doing anything to standout in the Bengals backfield. After Watson its ... Wilson.

I would be very surprised to see Wilson cut due to Perry not touching the ball in the preseason. Q has gotten extensive looks this preseason. It is my expectation he will move his way up the depth chart behind Rudi this season.

Anyone know it Watson is even going to make the roster?

I'd guess Perry goes on the PUP out for 6 weeks list and both Wilson and Watson make the team

Nice read.

I still believe Perry's the best backup in the league this side of Michael Turner. Perfect time to buy him low.

Wilson is a decent watch player. Not expecting much myself. Probably PS.

I am a Rudi dynasty ownee. Last year I had Rudi and Perry. I needed a QB after Culpepper went down, so I trade Perry and the 1.07 rookie pick for Brees. The way I look at it I trade the 1.07 pick for Brees. To me Perry only has value to the Rudi owner.

Q>Wilson did this against a whole team that will be bagging groceries next week

WILSON s slow .. as slow can be ..

he was a DYNASTY leagues " wet dream " 2 years ago when he was on the FALCONS roster .. couldnt land a job there ..

move along ..

much better deep dynasty options out there

Are you saying he wont make the roster? Wanna bet?

Wilson would be a tough cut, but he will be cut if Chris Perry is on the active roster.

DeDe Dorsey was neck-and-neck with him for a roster spot until he sat with an injury last night and Wilson ran wild over the Colts twos and threes.

Worth keeping in the back of your mind in case he makes the roster and if Perry doesn't come off PUP and if one of the most durable backs in the league goes down, but, realistically, there's very little upside here.

Decent college player, but he doesn't have the physical ability needed to be a starting running back in the NFL.

NO HE WILL MAKE THE ROSTER ..... BUT WILL NEVER BE ANYTHING more than a fill in type RB .... if you put WILSON in there for 20 carries against a # 1 defense .. you would get 20 carries and 45 yards .. big difference between a FILL IN .. and someone that anyone should actually pick up and waste a roster spot for . .even in the biggiest of leageus .. your better off trying to find a guy with great athletic ability that could if the situation comes up become something .. rather than waste it on FILLERs like Q.Wilson and L.Croom types ..

Just read this on a WVU preview for Week 2.

WVU running backs coach Calvin McGee received a surprise phone call in the box late in the fourth quarter of the season opener against Marshall. Quincy Wilson was calling from the field phone. He wanted to let his former coach know he not only made the Cincinnati Bengals roster, but that he was the team’s second string running back.
'Is it well known he is the #2?
