14 Team Dynasty .. No PPR ... Standard Scoring ... Start 1qb, 1rb, 1wr, 1te, 2flex (rb,wr,te), 1k, 1d

I am 2-7 due to bad luck and playing the wrong teams at the wrong time.  Just made a bunch of trades before week 9 (acquired DJ, Hogan, Doctson, Trubisky, #11) as I am looking ahead to next year.  I feel I am lacking a true stud wr.  So here is the offer:

Give: KAllen, Doctson, 2018 Rookie Pick #13 at the moment

Get: JJones

I do have some concerns with Jones due to age and injury history, but Allen the same injury history. 

WR I will not be able to obtain: OBJ, Evans, Hopkins, Green (just dealt him for DJ), Brown

Current Roster: starters for next year (hopefully) in bold

Brees, Trubisky

Bell, DJ, Freeman, Ajayi, Collins, Breida, Charles (will get cut for younger backup - maybe Malcolm Brown)

KAllen, Thielen, Hogan, Doctson

Kelce, EEngram

Tucker, Elliot

Denver, NO

Picks #11, #22

I actually like Allen.  He is young, no serious lingering injuries (his past injuries aren't really sports related), and gets a massive target share compared to many of the studs.  Julio is the opposite of Keenan in all those categories.  Personally, I would stick with Allen.  Unless you think Rivers is gone sooner than later and drops Allen's value a bit.

In your position I would rather keep the pieces you are offering up.  If I was in contention this year I would make the deal but in your rebuild mode I would rather have Allen, Doctson, and the pick.  This is all based on your situation of being in rebuild mode.
