Montgomery is the easy choice for me, as a pure talent and based on team. Eagles use a rbbc, with more backs than anyone else usually carrying 5 into the season and all of them get playing time. Howard is no slouch either.
Montgomery is a great counter part to Cohen, allowing both to be on the field as either runner or pass catcher forcing the defense to worry about both. I'm not worried about Mike Davis.

I'm going Sanders but it is a bit of a tossup.
I discount which teams tend to use RBBC. They do until they don't. If the talent is there, then they may not. New England is a good example. Dillon was a bellcow there.
I've read people praising one or the other's talent. I'm not a big Howard fan so I think there a a clearer path for Sanders to bubble to the top but if I had the #2, I would try to trade down to the #3 pick, take whichever one is left and maximize my value.

I am almost completely sold on Montgomery. Agree, I do like the WR group. I took over the team and it's not to good. My starting RB's are Ekeler and A Jones so I feel desperate for a RB just to not finish last and be competitive.
In a dynasty I don't worry about need for first round picks. They are all a crapshoot regardless so getting the player I think has the best chance to succeed is better for your team in the long run then trying to force a secondary talent because you need a particular position.
