Why have the rookie drafts already been held before the teams are paid for?

I would strongly suggest requiring payment for all teams prospectively. If I don't like the rookies that were taken, far less likely to join the league. At least give the new owners a chance to draft their players, often the most exciting part of the fantasy year for dynasty owners.

agreed. We will be looking to move the rookie draft later next season. Especially now since the NFl moved the draft in the middle of May.
