This guy has been great all year. I think his lack of speed is overplayed.

If/when Parcells leaves, does his value go way down?

I see his value going up. He is a great all around RB. One of the best at the goal line. He is a good reciever and J Jones is losing ground. I see Barber as the future in Dallas. JJ"s speed isnt getting him anywhere..

This guy seems so much more impressive than Jones. Frankly, I'm not sure why Parcells doesn't give him 20-25 carries, and let Jones play the change-of-pace role.
