I am 2-4 and the lowest total points in the league. I am considering a few different trades but I really like David Johnson.

I would be very surprised if the David Johnson owner would even consider this offer in a dynasty league.  Marshall is more suited for re-draft value and seems to be undervalued by most in Dynasty and Charles may never be back to his usual form.  I would be trying to sell him as fast as you can in a dynasty because I think he is about done. 

I just don't see someone giving up DJ in a dynasty league for two older assets that are under producing.   I might even consider that offer as border line insulting in a dynasty league.  You can offer it up but I doubt the other owner will accept.

The other team's starting Edelman and Stills. And he is in first place and wants to sure up his WRs.

That is really a question for your trading partner.  I would let him know you are interested in DJ and see what he says.  Maybe send both offers and he picks one.  I still think both of those offers are woefully low and if I was the DJ owner I wouldn't even come close to accepting them.  I would also want a 1st round pick as well.  DJ is the top dynasty RB by a long ways over everyone else (except maybe Leveon).

^ Agreed with Gally. You are laughing if he accepts either of those offers! Have you talked to the DJ owner? is this something he's actually considering?

Either way, if you can, then absolutely do it.
