only reason to prefer Freeman is his competition. Which tends to be bad long term criteria.

Pffft, you guys just don't get it.

Freeman is the lesser running back, the inferior talent, AND is unstartable...never a temptation to actually use him! What's not to like?

Clearly if Freeman wins the starting job in ATL next year that would dramatically change the results of a re-poll at that time.

I haven't followed ATL closely this season (I follow STL and the NFC West most closely). Based on the little that has been seen of Freeman, has he shown much to instill confidence that he could either be a feature RB or, more likely, a larger role in a RBBC than he has currently?

I said Hill like most others. I suspect a vote for Freeman would be based largely on the thought he'll replace SJax as the primary for Atl starting next season whereas Hill and Bernard are likely to split up the work in Cinci. Just my guess...

Very likely, perhaps some are high on his skill set?
