might have to start thinking about McFadden here... he looked good when he was 100%; only 21 yrs old.

got to figure Davis will kick the bucket soon

If I'm in a 16 team league ans could probably net LT/Westbrook at the turn, I'm all in for 09.

This is 2009...and Brown looked very average last year...
are you serious? brown made the pro bowl his first season back after tearing his knee (ACL, etc) up. i can't think of another back every doing that. he will only be better this year as he should be fully recovered.as someone mentioned this is a deep RB draft. almost enough to make think about going WR/WR then RB. i think there is a bigger difference in WR talent then RB talent. (in that it is easier to tell who should at least be decent).you could throw like 12 of these rbs in a pot, and pick the winner or the loser.

I am serious...he shouldnt have made the Pro Bowl, rushed for less than 1,000 yards and shares carries with another more than capable RB...He is OK but no stud and I see better options available...

I think you could put 2-10 in any order and noone would bat an eye. I think the same can probably be said for 11-20. It's a very deep year but also one with very little separating a lot of RB's. I'm thinking it's Jacobs time. He's a beast, in his prime, and a far better option than those remaining.

Ronnie Brown is a Steal here.
I agree, Ronnie was #1 in the first half of 2007.
um...the guy who finished #1 in 07 is still available. The same guy has never had less than 50 catches or 10 TDs in a single season. Ronnie has never had 50 catches and has had exactly 10 TDs just once. Fools gold! LT has never finished worse than RB #7 and Brown never finished better than RB #17. I know that shelf life of a rb is short - but I'd say Ronnie Brown is more likely to be a fantasy nobody in two years.

:hot: A guy who plays in 16 games and doesn't get over 1,000 yards rushing has no place in the pro bowl unless as a special teamer or maybe something else quirky. Heck, at this point give me Sproles over Brown. Aside from his game vs. New England, what impresses you about Ronnie Brown last year?

How do you guys pick Ronnie Brown over Brandon Jacobs ? Brown is hurt more then Jacobs plus Brown does not get all the goaline carries...
