Dynasty Rebuild... Do You Trade Away Good Young RBs? (1 Viewer)

This is my first time in a true dynasty league (it's a contract/salary league) and it's clear I need to scrap and work for next season. I have Jeanty and Hampton (who's injury has put the death nail on this season), both on high contracts/salaries. I know generally it's good to target more stable positions like WRs and picks in this scenario. But, in general, is it good to trade away good, young RBs with high potential in a "refresh" or do you keep since having these types of young RBs are potentially hard to find?

Jeanty and Hampton are the type of guys you build around not trade away. The only way is to get the equivalent type WR's for longevity alone but I would need a top 5-10 young WR to even think about moving either of those guys.
