Who is the first TE taken?

I typically look at 2 yr windows for my dynasty evaluations.  Too much outside influence (coach changes, free agency, draft, scheme changes, etc) can affect value long term so 2 yrs has seemed to be the best approach for me.  

Due to that I think Kelce will still be the best TE for the next 2+ years so he is the easy choice for me as TE1.
