League will vote on the fee for subsequent years, though I don't expect we jump to the $100s - just getting a late start, and I don't want the league to lose a good manager with a high fee.
Initial draft will be an auction format. Time is TBD once the league is filled - I want everyone to be able to make it of course. If that means we miss the first game or the first week even, so be it. I'm building this league for the long haul, and one game or week won't kill us even if it's not preferable.
