I start 10-14 new leagues each year, with the exact same scoring and # of starters.
The format is quite the hit as we will have over 1,100 teams across 46 different leagues once there are filled over just he last 3 years.
I also run a bunch of great 96 team redraft leagues, so I have a great reptuation as a commish.
All are Superflex, start 2 TE, TE Premium, Tiered PPR scoring
Defense scoring is bumped up and you can start 1-2 out of your 12 starters, So defenses are worth around the same as your better players.

--- #2 - Have taken over an orphan in one of my leagues in the last 3 years.
--- #3 - If you have brought a friend to join a league.
--- #4 - Since some very generous people won't qualify under those rules above (people who have tipped the commish in the past, auto qualify)
