These are consensus dynasty rankings for year 2007 standard FBGs scoring no PPR

If you vote other, please specify.

Also, please comment on your vote, and list any player that should be nominated for the next round.

I like the chatter going on so lets keep that going as we vote. Discussion about why you prefer one of these players compared to the others is useful to everyone involved and offers insight into how people in your leagues may view these players compared to others.

gheemony made a great point about one way to consider dynasty value for players in rankings by giving 50% value to 2007, 33% to 2008, and 17% to 2009. I know there are many ways to look at this and how hard it is to project for players even for one year. But I think it is significant enough that its worth mentioning. I am sure everyone has a different formula that they might use. But this one to me has some good balance and makes a lot of sense. And now has become a topic of discussion in this thread: http://forums.footballguys.com/forum/index...howtopic=296123 I welcome you all to read this and offer your perspectives on methods you use in determining where to rank players in dynasty leagues.

1. Antonio Gates 6/18/1980

2. Kellen Winslow 7/21/1983

3. Todd Heap 3/16/1980

5. Alge Crumpler 12/23/1977

6. Ben Watson 12/18/1980

7. Tony Gonzalez 2/27/1976

8. Vernon Davis

9. Jason Witten 5/6/1982

Eesh 88 views but only 23 votes. Are a ton of people just null voting to see the results?

Is it really that hard to vote for which marginal TE you may think has a better shot to improve moving forward?

The apathy and delusionment of Americans never ceases to amaze me.

I voted Stevens. I think he has the potential to put up very solid numbers. However, in order to do this he must reduce the number of dropped passes.

Stevens has been in the league for 5 seasons allready. I think it is about time to stop waiting on his 'potential' and look at what he has done as being what he is capable of.

Best season for Stevens was 45 catches 554 yards 5 TDs in 2005 when the Seahags were missing thier top 2 Wrs for large chunks of the season and defenses were trying anything they could to stop Alexander.

With all the Wrs the Seachickens have now I am not seeing much reason for his potential being higher than that. That may have been his peak allready. JMO
