FANTASY FOOTBALL RULES
1. MISSION STATEMENT
The purpose of our fantasy football league is to provide an opportunity for football fans to have a personal interest in the National Football League through a competitive non-profit fantasy league. Each owner should play a competitive line-up. Tanking is unethical. There is no entry fee. We don’t play for money. We play for PRIDE.
2. ROSTERS/ KEEPERS
A. Rosters additions may not be made after the Fantasy Football Championship.
B. Team-to-Team Trades are allowed until the NFL Super Bowl.
C. A tentative list of 14 Keepers is due by the NFL Super Bowl.
D. A final list of 14 Keepers is due by May 1.
E. You must have 14 Keepers. There is no limit to the positions of the Keepers.
3. DRAFT ORDER
A. The draft order will be “Worst-to-First.”
B. The draft order will be based on the previous year’s record with the champion earning the last pick in the first round.
C. Total points will be used as a tie-breaker.
4. DRAFT PICKS
A. The 6 Round Draft will begin on the Monday after Fourth of July Weekend.
B. The 1st round of the draft will have a 24 hours time limit.
C. The 2nd - 6th round, will have an 18 hour time limit.
D. If the time limit expires, the draft will continue (skipping the owner that had his/her time expirer). The owner that was skipped can make their selection as soon as possible.
E. At the conclusion of the draft, an owner must have their starting line-up.
F. When the draft is over, non-drafted players will be available through Waivers.
5. DIVISION ALIGNMENT
The divisions will be ‘Balanced” based on the draft order. For example, Division A (draft pick 1, 6, 7, 12), Division B (2, 5, 8, 11), and Division C (3, 4, 9, 10)
6. WINTER MEETINGS
League and Rule changes can be made during the Winter Meetings. Winter Meetings will be held from the conclusion of the Fantasy Football Championship and conclude by the NFL Super Bowl. Changes will be made by using the league message board and polls.
