Need some thoughts on these offers

Barkley , Tyreek, Kmet

James Cook/Achane, Garret Wilson

OR

Barkley, Tyreek, Bowers

For

James Cook, Nabers, Olave

If it’s and take that. If it’s not I’d probably roll with Barkley for a few more years and try to just trade Hill to someone headed to the playoffs.

Are there any restrictions to how long you can keep a guy or a cost to keep them (round lost, salary cap, etc)?

On the surface assuming the cost of keeping is the same and you can keep forever I take the Barkley side on all offers. In a TE Premium league there is no way I am moving Bowers unless it is a serious overpay and that offer isn't that.
