I am in a 12 team superflex dynasty league. I am hurting at QB. Basically all I have is Cousins and Willis. Mayfield has been awful and I don't have another starting QB. I was offered Dalvin Cook and Daniel Jones for D.J. Moore and a 1st in 2023. Jones is not very good and I hate to give up on Moore and would like to keep my 1st. I see myself as a middle of the pack team. What would you do? Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't make that trade. Cook has probably peaked on his dynasty value and is on the down slope. If you were in title contention I might think harder about the deal but since you are middle of the pack I likely stay put with regards to this deal.
