I am in a 12 team 1/2pt Superflex Dynasty league. My team is in a rebuild, and I am wondering if I should take this trade for value or keep Ladd.

I was offered:
Kyren Williams
Tucker Kraft
2027 2nd

I give up:
Ladd McConkey

My Team:
QB - Mahomes, Prescott, Penix, Fields, Rattler, Lance
RB - Taylor, B. Allen, R. Johnson, J. Wright
WR - BTJ, McConkey, Deebo, Burton, M Washington, Dotson
TE - Engram, Otton, Sinnott, Ertz, Likely
Picks:
2025 - 1.06, 1.07, 2.02, 2.04, 2.05, 2.06, 2.10, 3.01, 3.05, 3.06, 3.07
2026 - 1st, 1st, 1st, 2nd, 2nd, 4th

its good value but it makes you very very thin at WR. My first reaction was yes but I could see why one might not want to.

I would not be going after a veteran RB in your position. Not that Kyren is old, but it may take you a couple of years to get those WR's built up (without McConkey especially). Now, if you keep McConkey, and can sell something else to get Kyren that may be fine; since you'd have two solid WR's and two solid RB's, you'd have an outside shot to compete immediately, and a pretty decent chance to be competing by 2026.

I don't play Superflex, I know it means 2QB, but I think it also involves quite a few R/W/T slots, right? A total of what, 8? If it's 8, that may put you a little farther out of competing than what I was thinking.

How many RB and WR must you start?

While it may be fair value I don't think its a package that I would be taking to give up McConkey. While Kyren has been really good for 2 years he also has a long history of injury that will likely only get worse. Both your RB and WR rooms are pretty thin and you have way too many TE's for my liking as a roster construction. That last part also means Kraft has zero value to me. You already have too many TE's.

Add in that you are in a rebuild and this is a no for me. You build around guys like Ladd not trade them away.
