Dynasty trade including Bell and Watkins (1 Viewer)

12 Teams, PPR, all TDs worth 6 pts.

My notable players.

Rogers, Stafford

Howard, Crowell, T. Coleman, White

DT, Watkins, Adams, Pryor, Wallace, Perriman, Britt

Walker, Fleener, Allen, Barnidge

I give Howard, Crowell, Watkins and Wallace

I get Bell, Martavis Bryant, Ebron

Initially i was thinking this was an easy yes but now i am thinking that it is giving up too much in terms of the depth it would leave me with.

I do have the 1.11 and 1.12 to note and could likely replace some RB depth with a combo of Kamara, Hunt, Willams or Conner. I would also target Smith-Schuster to hedge Bryants recreational habits.

Thoughts?

As much as I would love to acquire Bell, I think that is too rich for my taste.  Martavis Bryant is pretty much one strike away from being out of the league, and Ebron is pretty worthless to your team.  T Coleman becomes your #2 RB where he's much better suited to be a #3, and Watkins could still be a stud.

You're just not deep enough at RB and WR to make this trade.

I would stick with Howard, Crowell, Watkins and Wallace.

Everyone likes Bell and Bryant's talent but they're both headaches to own. We've seen in the past how their suspensions have caused their value to plummet, not to mention Bell's injury history.  I'm having a hard time parting with Bryant in my leagues because I'm not able to get what I think is fair value due to fears of future suspensions.  If you wanted to do something interesting you could target both Connor and Smith-Schuster with your 1st round picks. It's not a stretch that one or both of these guys could be solid contributors if not starters for that offense by week 4.

Watkins still has WR 1 upside even though people have begun to lose faith in his ability to stay on the field. His ADP is still in the top 20 and no one will be shocked if it starts to creep back up as the regular season approaches.

Crowell will do well this year behind that upgraded line. Howard has a pretty solid line as far as the interior.

I think Pittsburgh will try to run Bell into the ground this year if he plays. Which means he will be a league winner or he will be injured by week three and you'll feel fullish sending a load of second round picks to whoever owns Connor in your league.

Keep the players draft the handcuffs.

thanks for the insight...after thinking about it i declined.  As much as I would love to have Bell i think this trade has me giving up too much.

I received another offer from the Bell owner.

Give: Watkins, Wallace, Crowell and Coleman

Receive: Bell and Ebron

I am thinking of a decline for the same reasons detailed above and am considering pushing a counter offer with Watkins, Wallace and either Crowell or Coleman for Bell (I'm not really interested in Ebron as he doesnt really help me much)

He also has Freeman so Coleman might interest him more then Crowell.

Thoughts?

Still a reject.  Ebron is a waste of a space.  Watkins could emerge as a stud, Crowell is decent, and Coleman could be out of ATL after his rookie contract.  Again, you don't have enough depth to make this trade.

What about Watkins, Wallace and Coleman for Bell?

My roster would look like this:

Rogers, Stafford

Bell, Howard, Crowell, White

DT, Adams, Pryor, Perriman, Britt, Treadwell, Conley, B. Miller,

Walker, Fleener, Allen, Barnidge

Plus I have the 1.11 and 1.12 where I should get 2 solid prospects, most likely 2 out of Ross, Perine, Hunt, Kamara, Howard, Engram, Njoku and Smith-Schuster.

The biggest problem i see with this lineup is that all 4 RBs have week 9 byes...crap.

Still a reject?

First off, I think everyone is greatly underrating Ebron. He's improved every year, and TE's are often slow developers. There is zero reason he can't be a top-10 TE going forward, especially since Detroit hasn't added a meaningful pass catcher to the team. I think Ebron is worth more than Wallace at the very least. Frankly, at worst he's better than all the TE's on the team other than maybe Walker, and even then they are trending in different directions.

How big of a deal is Watkins to the other owner? could you sub in a different WR, maybe Adams or Pryor(some people are really high on him?) I'm off the belief that if Watkins can ever stay healthy for a season, he'll be a top-5 WR(ala Andre)

I think I'd pull the trigger on the non-Howard offer, but would try to get a different WR in there, even if it costs Crowell as well, and would keep Ebron in.

That is an easy accept if he sent that offer, if you are countering that is too low.

Watkins, Howard and something else small would be fair. I think Wallace is too light, I think I would give Coleman. You said you have picks 1.11 and 1.12 you should be able to get a back at one of those spots, maybe even 2
