Other owner wants Mahomes and is willing to trade Murray. Having Daniels I could trade Mahomes for Murray and something. What is the other piece you would ask for if I were to deal Mahomes?

Why not ask for Murray and a 2nd round pick? As a Murray owner I am not so sure I would trade Murray for Mahomes straight up. I think I would want something more in return to part with Murray.

I also don't think Murray is the best pairing with Daniels. I would want someone that is a little more "safe" as you will never start him over Daniels and only need a second QB if Daniels were to get hurt. I think Goff might be a better fit for roster construction. A nice, safe QB with a high floor.

Either way I would go ahead and ask for the QB and a 2nd rounder. See what he says.
