Dynasty Trade Offer (1 Viewer)

Hi - I would like opinions on this trade offer received in a 16-team / standard PPR / IDP league:

I get:

Dwayne Haskins QB

Darius Slayton WR

I give:

2nd round pick 2.2

3rd round pick 3.12

I have Josh Allen as my QB1 and top WR is TY Hilton along with Landry and some other young players at WR. I have one 1st rounder, another later 2nd round pick and two other 3rd's - I'm looking to rebuild my team. I'm a bit 50-50 on as this as this rookie class is a bit deep.

Thank you!

It's not a bad offer but I am not a fan of Haskins and if this is a 1QB league you are fine with Josh Allen.  Also, being an IDP league those picks are better than a standard rookie draft.

I would decline it as it really doesn't help much.  I think you could get similar prospects with the picks in this draft.

Hard to see if this is a good deal unless we see your team.  As Gally said, IDP increases the value of the picks, especially the 2.2.  I don't play IDP, but I can clearly see the logic in that statement.

In a vacuum, I like the deal.  It's good value for the picks.  Easy accept if you're contending and need an extra WR as a final piece of the puzzle.   But you said that you're rebuilding.  That alone should make you pass on this deal.  No reason to waste roster space on Haskins when you're rebuilding.   I like Slayton, but I am not convinced that he's any more than a potential top 30WR.  So he's pretty much a WR3 in your league.  When you're rebuilding you want to take chances on guys with more upside than that.

So keep the picks.

Good luck
