Hi Guys!
Questions for the avid [DYNASTY] players... I'm in a salary cap performance with PPR 12 teams league where we only get a 6 round rookie/vet draft prior to the beginning of the season - with only 3 FA pickups allowed for the whole year...
Players salary are based on pass performance and future evaluation - and rookies are graded according to their NFL draft rank... We can retain up to 80% of our previous year salary cap (dropping from 420$ to 340$ in the off-season)...
I'm picking at 1.11 / 2.12 - and at the 9th spot for the other 4 rounds...
From this setup, you can see that some good rookies are left "undrafted" or are not kept on teams for all year or are just released at the end of the season... This is why I'm asking about their long term prospect for the upcoming 6 round draft - compared to this year's rookie class...
RBs ---
Obviously RBush, LMaroney, DWilliams, LWhite and JAddai will be gone at the 1.11... I'm wondering then about the [DYNASTY] value of the following rookies:
MDrew (18$) - BCalhoun (16$) - JNorwood (16$)
compared to the "leftovers":
GJones (16$) - DRhodes (16$) - LBetts (15$) - RDayne (14$) - EShelton (13$) - MTurner (13$)
WRs ---
Same with RBs - SHolmes and CJackson will be gone at 1.11
[DYNASTY] value of rookies:
SMoss (20$) - GJennings (20$) - M Stovall (16$)
compared to the "leftovers":
EWilford (18$) - SParker (16$) - RCaldwell (11$) - BJones (10$) - RParrish (10$) - VJackson (10$)

Interesting to note that coveted rookies usualy go in the first two rounds of the draft - meaning that if I'm looking for Norwood, I'll have to grab him with the 1.11 - while M. Turner will probably be available at 3.09 (then again, that's just my guess - and if I think Turner's upside is far more than Norwood's... why not grab him with the 1.11?)
Also, keep in mind that I'm looking for the best long term value - since I'm able to keep this/these guys for a year or two on the bench... I have also been offered the 2.04 and 2.08 picks for the 1.11 or the 2.05 and 2.06 picks for the 1.11 - this might be interesting if alot of "cheap" value if available...
Who would you target [DYNASTY] wise?

Moderators - I usually post this in the AC forum - but I think this thread has more to do with... who has the best [DYNASTY] value, in general... but if this has to be moved to AC - so be it!
