Moulds.  He should be WR1 on a veteran team like Philly in 2006.
Yeah, but it could just as easily be Atlanta or San Francisco.
Atlanta is happy with their WRs. You are right about SF. It could be a team like Miami or Min, too. But, looking at how he performed in the last few games (with Holcomb, the veteran, at QB), I am impressed by the numbers he can still put up. In fact, the last two games of the season, Moulds had 19 catches for 209 yards. Even though you cite places where it would be difficult for him to fluorish, not many are worse than Buffalo. They went through many difficulties in OLine play, RB play, QB consistency, etc.

givens should be listed among the options. his value could explode with move to the right team in the offseason.

Muhammad and Mason are both steals at this point.Edited to add: Galloway too. People continuously plan for the future too much.

It's hard for me to be excited about him no matter where he lands. He's been mediocre both as a WR2 and a WR1 already in his career, with a solid running game and good QB. I don't see how he lands in a better situation than he had in 2004, when he failed to take advantage.

really? i think the only thing holding his stats back is that Brady is so good at spreading the ball around. speaking of 2004 -when branch went down in game 2, here was givens game by game:2 ari | 0 | 6 120 | 0 |

4 buf | 0 | 4 86 | 0 |

5 mia | 0 | 4 33 | 1 |

6 sea | 0 | 1 17 | 0 |

7 nyj | 0 | 5 107 | 0 |

8 pit | 0 | 8 101 | 2 |

9 ram | 0 | 5 100 | 0 |

10 buf | 0 | 5 66 | 0 |

thats: 38-630-3 - project to 76-1260-6 over a full season.

once branch came back, givens was back to more pedestrian games. i think this is a decent simulation of what he could do in a passing offense that is not as spread out. His stretch with Branch out in 2004 is exactly what makes me optimistic about his fantasy future if he leaves. im surprised that you thought it was disappointing.

Hmm - maybe I was wrong. I had him on some redraft teams that year and I thought he was pretty useless. Thanks for setting me straight.
