DYNASTY WR (Non-PPR): Prioritizing Rookie Targets Among the Post-Hype Gems (1 Viewer)

We all know the eventual rookie studs, which I'd identify as:

Henry Ruggs III

Jerry Jeudy

CeeDee Lamb

But these gentlemen aside, I'm curious as to how the members of this group would rank the following rookies:

Brandon Aiyuk

Laviska Shenault Jr.

Jalen Reagor, Eagles

Justin Jefferson, Vikings

... when grouped with wide-outs, who may be currently available in leagues:

Parris Campbell

Corey Davis

Marquez Valdes-Scantling

Preston Williams

Andy Isabella

In perpetual dynasty league formats, who are your "must-haves" at this moment?

In non-ppr (and even ppr), Samuel doesn’t belong in this conversation. I don’t think I’d even roster him, to be honest.

On second thought, I think you're right -- unless he were to be traded. I, perhaps, should have included Andy Isabella, as he was highly regarded in fantasy just last year as a rookie and had made waves this off-season. Thanks for the feedback; I've made the edit.

Isabella to me is pretty clear:

If you have roster space to hold him until Fitz retires, then maybe you have WR3 for a high powered passing offense.  I don't see him getting any PT, barring injuries.  14 snaps this week.  That's assuming they don't bring in a better WR, and why would you assume that? Pretty useless for 2020. They run some spread stuff sure, but they like Dan Arnold (45 snaps!!) at TE as well.

And if you DO get the WR3 for a high powered offense, how many targets is he getting, how often are you feeling good about starting him?  I'm just thinking out loud, because I own him, in a pretty darn deep dynasty league, and I'm going back and forth on the first waiver wire of the week wondering what his upside is, and when I might see that?  Any Isabella guys want to explain why I'm not seeing the full picture, please fill me in, I am here to learn.

I definitely see the potential of Isabella in that offense. In a deep dynasty, especially, he's a hold for me.

I'm having trouble differentiating the ceilings for:

Brandon Aiyuk, Laviska Shenault Jr., and Parris Campbell.

Aiyuk, eventually will have a lot of competition in a run-heavy offense and Campbell will have a QB question after this season. Laviska, on the other hand? The Jags seem to love him and are already designing plays specifically for him. Minshew is also WR-friendly, PLUS, if they pivot off of him next year, it's probably because they have one of the top rookies.
