Reggie and Slaton :excited:

I play PPR and wanted and got Reggie in draft. Didn't expect him to be this money. Totally lucked out with Slaton. God, I love these guys. My girlfriend is starting to wonder about my oogling of Reggie.

I too play PPR and have Slaton and Reggie and they're awesome. I'm really liking Greg Jennings as well. He's always so consistent and right now is ranked #1 for WR's in my league. I'm not sure why the sites always project him to be 5th or out of the top 5. He's one the guy I almost never have to worry about.

Steve Slaton I went WR QB WR WR in two leagues and got Slaton late. 1st place in both of them with best record and pts.

I also have Reggie and Slaton. Slaton wasn't even drafted, got lucky and got him off of waivers. With Westbrook out these guys have picked it up for me.

I have to add Marshall to the list

BTW as much as I like Slaton, I'm not fond of Green taking away as many touches as he did last week. I'm tempted to play "under new managment" Torry Holt :lmao:

I'm tempted to play "under new managment" Torry Holt
Don't do it. Holt has to show more with new management before I'm buying.
No one here is concerned with Miami's D and Green's touches hurting Slaton's production this week?
I think the Texans are tired of Green's injuries and lack of playing time I dont see them giving him the ball 50/50 anytime soon. Mike Sherman is no longer with the Texans and he was Green's biggest fan.

This is the 1st year I've ever taken a TE high. I don't think I've ever made a pick I've enjoyed as much as Jason Witten this year.

Matt Prater.

I know, I know. Kickers suck. :bag:

But, he's been nails in a lot of these late games for me.

not so much with miami's defense, but yes to ahman green.....until he gets injured again.i had a huge man crush on slaton who i also drafted late, but i couldn't reject an offer of chris johnson and ben roethlisberger for him. right now my man crushes are maurice jones-drew, jay cutler and andre johnson, especially after last week.

I said I would take him if he was there in the 4th round and lo and behold he was (late 4th) but what do I do? I take Marshall and haven't regretted it at all :lmao:

:lmao:I see no reason for the Texans to start working in AGreen as anything more than to give Slaton a rest.As for this weekend, I am a phon fan, but I think Slaton's going to run and catch all over them. For some weird reason, the Dolphins seem to always have problems with the Texans.(oh - and Slaton is on my man-crush list having been able to snag him off the WW in two leagues)

taking Romo with my 2.02 and following him with 2 WR (Boldin, Calvin J) and TE (Witten) I had targetted Brown, Morris and Slaton hoping to get all three and have one of them hit a home run....Needlss to say Im smiling with an undefeated record. So my vote goes to Morris because if he doesnt get hurt I dont have Reggie in the line up for his 5 TD blow up!

Jay Cutler

Chris Johnson

DeSean Jackson
I'd like him more if he hadn't cost me a win in week 2.
Understood, but1. I had benched him that week, so it didn't hurt

2. I was able to trade for him immediately after that game. Redraft, gave chris chambers and julius jones for DeSean and E. Graham

Dude's electric, he's one of the fun ones to watch.

I love Reggie Wayne too and I think he'll only get better as the season progresses (as Manning gets healthier).I can never get tired of seeing that one-hand catch against Houston last weekend.

Greg Jennings. Truth be told I fell in love with him last year, but since a lot of people didn't catch on to how good he is I was able to get him late in leagues this year and now I love him even more.

Drew Brees.

Ok, from the obvious names department  but....

Look, I make it a rule (breakable) never to take a QB early, but after four went, and its the third round I said--"Ah, WTF..Lets roll with Brees."

Now--instead of doing my usual matchups situational blah blah blah the week before, trying to figure on a QB to start, I go with the mancrush on Brees, and relax. (knocks wood)

Oh, and I got Portis, Marshall and Slaton too....so I still gotta spread the love around. Ummmm....

I think he means Reggie Bush, but you might be right.

Why Morris, doesn't he have Julius Jones to contend with?

Prater was a great pickup for me as well in my Dynasty league (had Vinatieri the last few years) but Brees has consistently scored very well for me this year. With Westbrook on his injury tour I am hoping Ronnie Brown continues to come through.

Turner easily. Been waiting for three years on this guy, and thus far he's been everything he's been billed up to be - and more.

I was laughed at in more than one draft for reaching for Cutler, so he would have to top my list. I was pretty high on the Broncos passing game in general, so honorable mention goes to Marshall, Royal and Scheffler.

I also have to mention Slaton, i got him in all but one of my 6 redrafts this year, and "reached" for him in the first round in 3 of my four dynasty league rookie drafts.

Green shouldn't be your concern this week. Miami D is ranked 7th against the run (ypg) allowing 3.3ypc (5th) and 2 td's (5th) so far.

Jennings definitely

Roddy. Picked him up off waivers last year in a keeper that I joined after the season started. He helped make that team competitive last year and one of the top this year.

My FF mancrush? Chris Johnson. I had the second pick and took Peterson, then took CJ3 with the second-to-last pick in the sixth round. I'd be screwed if it weren't for him because I drafted Selvin Young with my previous pick to be my RB2. :nerd:

My NFL mancrush? I'm a Texans fan, so after Mario and AJ, it's Steve Slaton. He was drafted in the eleventh round in my league. The guy that picked him snaked him from me by selecting him one pick before me. I was gonna take him there if he hadn't. I took Gage. (ugh).

Jeez, i cant believe i forgot CJ3. I waited for my 2nd RB while stockpiling WR's(and Witten), and took Johnson as my #2RB in my drafts.

Was talking about Bush, but have Wayne too. :( I went WR/WR 12 & 13.Catch of the Year by Wayne :hifive:

Now we know why the rum is always gone!!! :suds: Reggie for sure for me. CJ3 as well. That guy is way better than I thought he'd be.Missed on Slaton, otherwise I'd love him just as much as Reggie

Reggie Bush and Lee Evans so far. Kurt Warner has me patting my own back for waiting on him until the 9th in my two main leagues - gotta love how good that guy is.

Boldin is just so money. So great having him on my team, dude just always shows up.

Witten. He's so rock steady. Feels good to have him starting each week.

Big fan of Jackson. Huge play maker.

I normally collect guys who I enjoy watching. Like their style. How they play the game. I love guys like SS, Boldin, MJD, LJ. Physical guys, big heart. Just makes it more fun to root for them. Of course if they weren't studs I wouldn't give them the time of day. *lol*

Oh I gotta toss Forte in there. Doesn't look like a rookie. Very solid in all phases. LBJ is nuts too. Two pretty solid rookie running backs.

Ronnie Brown. Got him in dynasty for cheap this season.

I've watched him the last two weeks. Looks just like last year with the added wildcat formation.

Wouldn't surprise me if he was RB1 this year and a top 5 back for the next few years.
