I receive: T.Coleman, C.Davis (TEN), and either Jordan Reed or Zach Ertz

I give up: D.Cook, Kamara or White, and Engram

Basically, the guy only wants Cook so I am throwing in two guys that I would drop. I would get a big upgrade at TE, plus Davis who I think could be a big sleeper WR. I am concerned about downgrading my RB position though, even if Coleman/Cook isn't a bad drop.

He has Zeke, so I have to pull the trigger now if I'm going to have a chance.

Don't do it. Dalvin is best guy in trade. Reed is an injury waiting to happen.

I have to agree with Hartliner on this one. Cook is going to be the primary back in Minnesota and will be used a lot. It's hard to find RBs who aren't in RBBC and it doesn't appear that's the case with Cook. As was already said, Reed can't seem to find a way to stay on the field and $5 will get you $10 there will be a TE emerge from the waiver pack. 
To find that hidden gem, don't look for immediate production necessarily, look for targets early. If they are targeting him a lot, they have developed the confidence in him from training camp, most likely and the production will come. 
So look for a TE who early in the season is getting a lot of targets, Njoku I think might be one to look at early. Kiser will likely need to check down a lot and the TE is the primary target in that scenario.
