Is this a modern-day record?!?!

How in the heck can a starting safety only average 2.5 tackes per game?? Heck, I'm assuming he touches a downed receiver 2.5x per game.

Look at me. I can play, centerfield.

Didn't help that the Ravens allowed a bottom five number of pass completions last season. It also doesn't help that Reed has angled for the big play far more often than he did earlier in his career. He just not interested in tackling anymore, he wants to break up passes and make highlight reel interception returns.

I have Landry and Reed in a league and both suked,

non of them were top #60 DB, actually.. there's no BAL DB inside the top #60

There's a few times a year when you see other Ravens go up to Reed after a "missed" tackle and get in his face for his unwillingness to take on anyone with the ball. His tackling usually consists of pushing an offensive player out of bounds or tripping them up by going with a body tackle at their legs. He's the most overrated defensive player in the NFL and this is a Ravens fan saying that.On the upside Reed makes a huge amount of BIG plays per year as you know. I wish Ryan would get back to blitzing him more. If he ever decided to take on defenders, which he is capable of, he's a sure fire Top 5 safety. Short of that stay clear.
