Assumed to not be terrorism at this point.  Probably not the best timing to do something like this if you don't want people thinking its related to terrorism.

Hijacker is now in custody.  Apparently no one was harmed.

US air carriers took measures not all airlines did. Egyptair isn't exactly United.

As far as I've read, the guy did not get into the cockpit but claimed to be wearing a bombvest. The pilot decided not to risk an in-flight explosion that would have killed everyone, including the pilots 'safely' esconded in the cockpit
