While i could use the WR help...I am very reluctant to trade Ekeler..

Unless you can start 4RBs in your league, I would make the trade.  While Ekeler has been great, Gordon will be back by the EOS, so Ekeler will end up a RB2 instead of his current RB1 level.  You're getting an elite WR1, especially in PPR.   You still have Chubb, A Jones and Conner at RB.

Even if you could start 4 RB's I would still take Julio in a heartbeat over Ekeler.  As you pointed out Ekeler has a shelf life this year and it likely will expire right at the time you need him most.  This is the definition of selling high and should be done ASAP.
