Elite Upgrade In App (1 Viewer)

I am being asked to upgrade to elite, even though my league is not included with the given criteria. The funny thing is is this is only happening in the app. What can I do?

Glitch. I think there have been emails or maybe even a post in the shark pool about what to do.
