Zeke and Freeman, I still like Bell over Zeke slightly but I don't trust Dion one bit. He's really only had about 6 good games in his career, really good games but no thanks on Lewis.
I'd take Zeke and Freeman. I don't trust patriots players in fantasy outside of gronk and maybe Edelman. Also James White's been looking good so Lewis' usage will be sporadic at best going forward.

Lewis looked great last night (except for the fumble) but I don't trust any Patriots RB except as a flex start and even then I am usually nervous. You never know when the Belichick's game plan will be to pretty much abandon the run for almost the entire game and you end up with 3-4 fantasy points.
I actually think Lewis is a difference maker for the Patriots and he will be used consistently. Lewis being a Patriot RB wouldn't be the sole reason to scare me off. However, I think Zeke and Freeman are the better duo overall.
I too will take the Zeke side. Both him and Bell are very good. I just don't trust Bell with all the suspensions he has had. I would cash him out for Zeke too.
