A ten team league skews things a lot. Just like any draft though, who the guy takes ahead of you can dictate your choice. I guarentee that if 5 of the first 10 picks were QB's, they would have flew off the board in the second round.

I'm currently in one 10-teamer where 5 QB's will go in the first round. With the added depth this year at the position, I will take RB with my first pick, then follow up with a top QB. Round 3 is the hardest round. What's left of top tier QB's (if any)? Second tier RB's (Jackson, Ridley, Forte, DMF, CJ2k, MJD). Top WR's (Green, DT, Dez, Marshall, etc.)

I'm in a couple leagues where the same thing happens. By end of Round 2, everyone has at least 1 QB, with 1/3 having 2...I think you are right in going RB in Round 1 this year, or possibly Graham if you are picking near the end of the round if PPR...At least 1 of Stafford/Luck/Romo should be available in early Round 3. #1 pick seems to be the one to have this year for 2QB start -- you can go AP and then take 2 of RGIII/Stafford/Wilson/Luck/Romo--- a killer start to a draft imo.

The fact that Montee Ball went before Wilson, Kaep and Stafford tells me this mock is not even worth looking at.

Thats a fair point. I think my main issue with their mock is that it completely flies in the face of VBD (even variable VBD) -- and ESPN's own projections. KC Joyner picks Alfred Morris @ 1.09 with Rodgers still on the board:

Alfred Morris - 4.25 ppg over baseline (219 - 152 (#21))

Aaron Rodgers - 8.19 ppg over baseline (352-221 (" "))

Taking it one step further to bring in Round 2, Joyner pairs Morris up with Sjax:

Alfred Morris 219 + SJax 192 = 411 - (152 x2) = 109 /16 games = 6.69 ppg advantage over baseline

Aaron Rodgers 352 + Tom Brady 325 (who was still on the board with P-Man) = 677 - (221 x 2) = 235 / 16 games = 14.69 ppg advantage

I cannot foresee any scenario of variable VBD where Joyner comes anywhere close to making up that 8 PPG potential disadvantage he digs himself into right out of the gate.

Heck, I don't know if I would pick Ball before any of them in a 1 QB (redraft) league...Why half-### a mock that completely mis-represents what a 2 QB draft is going to look like? Isn't the point of a mock to help give insight into how a draft will actually play out?

With all the O-line and WR issues of Rogers and to a lesser extent Manning and even Ryan, where do we value Drew Brees? 3rd overall in a 2QB league?

I have Brees at #1 overall in my 2 QB league (it give points per completion, negative points per incompletion, so difference between elite QBs and other QBs is larger). I'd say #2 or #3 overall is about right for him in standard scoring leagues though.
