Established Dynasty League looking for one replacement owner -spot filled (1 Viewer)

I'm the commish of a 12-team dynasty league that was established in 2015 -- I was not one of the original members, but joined several years ago, and became the commish about 3 years ago. League is pretty active, with a good group of owners and minimal drama. We had two owners depart after last season due to time commitment issues, and we've filled one spot, but we haven't been able to find a second replacement from referrals from our existing group. Our league rules specify that if we have two or more franchises abandoned in an offseason, we hold a dispersal draft from the vacated teams. Details:

• Hosted on Sleeper (moved there from MFL 2-3 years ago)
• $75 entry fee
• 1QB/2RB/2WR/1TE/2FLEX (non-QB)/1DST (we don't use kickers)
• PPR scoring, 4 pts per TD, pretty standard scoring otherwise.
