I am looking for one owner for an established salary cap league with roots dating back to the late 1990's.
We have very little turnover, but this is the exception.
We have 24 man full keeper rosters with contracts. We use blind bidding for free agency when the contracts expire. We hold a yearly rookie draft following the free agent period.
The amount you pay is equal to that of your salary cap for that given year (ranges between $200-$300 per year- all of which goes to payouts).
