Something similar happened near me over the weekend, and it was quite the topic of conversation at my daughter's ballet studio last night.

In this one instance, vertical video seems OK. Probably can't zoom out any further so we wouldn't be able to see both the chair and the ground. All you're missing on the sides is more snow.
