Everything OK with J. Tuck? (1 Viewer)

He's been slotted in my D position all season long, but now is it time to make a switch for the playoffs? I was considering playing Winfield vs. CAR instead of Tuck vs. WAS - Do I make this move? Is something wrong with Tuck or is it because the entire line is struggling? Thanks

Tuck is fighting multiple injuries and the Giants haven't had nearly as many big leads as expected (they're 25th in the league in pass attempts faced per game). The entire line hasn't been as productive as they've been in the past. All of those things are keeping Tuck from finishing plays in the pocket. Over the past month, profootballfocus has him credited with twelve pressures but only one hit and one sack.

I think he's playing pretty well, and the matchup is above-average this week, but he's just a fraction too slow to feel comfortable with as a clear four solo, one sack expectation every week.

Note that "starting" RT Heyer for the Skins might be out and they might use a practice squad guy. That means Tuck might be in a very nice match up. Hell, he'd abuse Heyer as well. I'd put Tuck down for at least 1 sack on MNF
