With HOF game on 8/6..when, in July, do teams start reporting?

Just wondering how much longer we have to wait.

There was a thread on this subject earlier this week. I think mid-July is about when training camp starts. You might check the thread for better details

Due to the collective bargining agreement, teams cannot start training camp for the veterans more than 15 days before their first preseason game. With the Hall of Fame game on August 6th, Oakland and Philadelphia will be the first two teams to open training camp. Knowing the rule of the collective bargaining agreement gives me a pretty good idea when the eagles will start training camp each year.
