Not knocking Boston PD, having followed this thing all day I think they've done just about everything they can but I sure hope no one else gets hurt by this guy.

No clue man... If he somehow got out of the city it is only a matter of time before he gets caught. It's not like he can leave the country anymore and people are going to recognize him.
If I had to take a guess, I think he probably found some sort of safe house with a sympathizer or like even another accomplice and is now being sheltered. He can't move around during the day so if he isn't out of Boston now he may try to move tonight somehow.

If you follow "friends" tweeting about him, it suggests he was the weed connect at school. Didn't they find bomb making materials in his dorm? Where else would he sell it out of?
He seems to come off like he thinks he is a gangster. Maybe his only real role was to drop off the bag. It seems like too many outside people socialized with him to take that much time preparing.
