Fair trade? (Graham for Julio) (1 Viewer)

I apologize for posting this in SP but I doubt anybody pays attention to AC...anyway...the short of it:

I completely screwed myself in a draft Sunday night. It was when Yahoo crashed, we moved to ESPN, lots of distractions...I had #10 pick and I took Graham - Peyton - Julius Thomas.

At the moment I drafted I thought I could flex a TE. I can't. Thomas went to the bench. My team was bad, needless to say (starting Riley Cooper and Pierre Thomas bad).

So I traded Graham + Steve Smith (NYG) = Julio Jones + Eric Ebron.

I offered Graham for AJ Green and Graham for Dez Bryant, both of which were turned down with no counter. I did not offer for Marshall as the Marshall owner had Vernon Davis.

One of the guys in the league says it is not a fair trade and should not happen because I'm giving up a top 10 player and making the other team really strong (they had only Miller at TE).

Is there any validity to his complaint? (FWIW I told everybody immediately I would look to trade a TE, I put them on the trade block, and it was nearly a full day before we struck this deal)

I will link him to this thread later. That is why I am posting.

Thank you for your input

I suppose I should have asked if it looked like collusion.

And I'm not asking about how to draft or manage my team. This is a done deal unless the other guy convinced a bunch of people to vote with him.
