I would not do this trade.  You really do not gain in the QB area, plus you give up your backup QB.  You will also have to make lineup decisions down the road between Charles and Ware.  Not worth it.

Depending on what the WR waiver wire looks like, I'll take the contrarian view.

The fact that the flex lets you start three RBs makes it worthwhile to load up with the Ware/Charles combo, and I believe we'll have clarity about that situation before long. I think running Forte/Ware/TB RB would be big, IF you can get WR depth off the waiver wire. 

And I'd happily trade Ryan and Rivers for Luck and a waiver backup QB.

Again...depends a little whether you can get WR help another way.
