It definitely favors the Lee/Kinsler side pretty heavily, but it's hard to say if it's enough to get upset about without knowing more info about the teams involved. If the guy trading Lee/Kinsler had an abundance of power and sorely needed speed, runs and a reliever, then a case could be made that he wasn't participating in a rigged deal....he's definitely a nitwit and should've been able to get a lot more if he'd have shopped that package around, though.
