I know in the past there have been fake draft sheets. I have always been hesitant but every year the same guy steals mine and uses them and I want to get him back this year?

Any links?

how does he steal them?smack him upside the head... that shte dont fly around these parts. bring your own or deal with the consequences.
 
I always try to plant a spare magazine or list from a previous year to see if somebody picks it up & uses it for reference. Nobody's ever drafted exclusively off it though.

 
i take a laptop and set the screen saver to go on after 1 minute, and I password protect it, so someone cant see my lists unless i am also looking at them.

but no one comes unprepared to our drafts, if they do, they are screwed.

LinkPick a year (1998?, all teams, all positions, based on fantasy points), print it and he'll get the message.

Of course, if he's just asking if he can borrow YOUR sheets, charge him your league entry fee...

I think everyone but the OP missed the pt of this thread. DD has in years past provided "fake sheets" for e.g

1-4 Matt Forte: Martz turned Marshall Faulk into a god and he'll do the same thing with the shifty forte. Most will laugh but take him over Ray Rice, who we see backsliding quite a bit this year due to changes in the Ravens offensive schemes.

So that anyone peeking off your sheet when you go to have a cig.get a drink, peeks off mock info, without knowing it.

It's usually a pretty funny read.

Why not just bump up the kicker scoring in the VBD excel sheet? :lmao: Or give like 20 points per fumble....that would also put ADP at the top making the fake list for realistic :blackdot:

Just take one of the "customized" cheatsheets - one that is least like your league rules, and print it out. Should look official enough, but misleading...

I have an application where you can create your own custom rankings using drag and drop. Just create some crazy rankings at each position then generate a printable sheet. My sheets look official so he won't suspect anything out of the ordinary. Keep the fake one behind your real one and when your buddy tries to steal yours just hand him the fake one.

Wipe poop on your draft sheets and PC to deter any potential sneekers. I also like to cover my head with some poop to stop the mindreading. Lapypoop is the most potent, but if you can not get ladypoop, cat poop is also pretty deadly.

 
I would like more details on how this individual "steals" your draft sheet every year. Does he push you over and take your paper or does he just look over your shoulder?

i like this idea hahahai havnt had anyone show up unprepared to our drafts but i might sneak a old copy in for those suckers :mellow:

He kicks sand in his face and steals his girlfriend before taking the draft sheet.
 
I remember there was something on the site like this 2 or 3 years ago that was meant for this purpose. It was actually hilarious and a little tongue-in-cheek. I printed it off and put it in a previous years magazine that year....many laughs. Is there a link to this or to another one?

A lot of these are pretty accurate for this year:3 RB2 Adrian Peterson Min/8 Should probably be higher

10 WR2 Andre Johnson Hou/8 As good as Moss when healthy

25 QB5 Tony Romo Dal/10 We'll move him up if he gets rid of Jessica

26 RB14 Rashard Mendenhall Pit/6 Will be the stud back in Pittsburgh

27 TE1 Antonio Gates SD/9 He will be healthy all year

Etc.

 
don't you have to turn in your shark card if you actually need to use these to gain an edge..............?

Shark card. Just when you thought Fantasy Football couldn't be nerdier.Anyway, when I say steal, that means when I go get something to eat, they look at my sheets.
 
I'm the commish.

I use the Draft Dominator for our offline draft which takes place at my home.

Most of the other owners don't get off their butts from the couches, but others sneek around over my shoulder.

I have 2 different saved files.

1 has the draft pool with manipulated numbers to totally different league scoring file.

Another has our league scoring file.

When it's not my turn to draft, I have the manipulated league scoring file on the monitor.

When it's my turn to draft, I switch to our league scoring file. :hey:
